Outstanding Instrument
I am almost speechless, to be honest. I was stunned by the quality of this little instrument - and am still absolutely blown away at what a beautiful sound it makes. And that's with the strings it came with. I would not hesitate in recommending this instrument to anyone: I have now bought a few Infente violins and violas - and haven't been disappointed with one yet! Consistently beautiful, playable, extremely good value instruments.
And this violin actually arrived only 6 days after I ordered it. Amazing service.
Nicely packaged and everything, too.
But THE thing is how beautiful it sounds...you would never know it was so inexpensive from listening to its lovely, sweet, mellow tone. There is still plenty volume available, though!
There is a bit of a knack to getting the best out of the C-string, of course...but this is in common with all violins with a low C string.
Overall, a beautiful instrument; which I would not hesitate to recommend to any violin player, from beginner to accomplished...whether your area is folk/pop/rock or classical.

Decent Bow.
A decent bow. Better than some carbon ones (branded) costing three times the price. Looks the absolute business with the black hair.

Unbelievably Good!
A while back, I bought one of these. I could not get over how nicely it played. Ihave paid four times the price of these for way less responive and easily controllable bows. I was sad to see no more available for purchase - I would have bought more. As it was soon going to need rehairing, I decided to have another look, just in case, as being without it forva week or two was not something I was looking forward to. Ppeased to find them available. Ordered three more. Had thought the one I already had may have been a fluke; but no. All these three are also gorgeous. Arrived more quickly than I had expected, too...thoroughly recommend for anyone -not just beginners. I did g8 when I was young; and there was nothing in the exam I could not have played just as well with this bow! Absolutely superb.
