Doesn't seem to work for me.
I didn't feel any different after drinking these. I hoped to get an energy boost, but nothing. In fact, I just had one and am ready to take a nap. Tastes a bit like orange Tang, and I like the effervescence, but really disappointed to not feel more energy. Also was hoping not to feel hungry after but could go for a hamburger right now. Maybe it works for others, but not for me and I'm not a big person (5 ft tall, 100 pounds).
