Not very well made
The tripod is not very stable, and the plastic mounting head may not stand up to regular use. Any serious, professional, or semi-professional photographer would likely view this tripod as a joke. That said, since I am not a serious, professional or semi-professional photographer, this tripod works exactly as I expected to. For the price I paid, I am more than satisfied with it. .

Ethernet not reliable on Linux
USB 3.0 hub works great on a RHEL 7.4 Linux installation, but the USB Ethernet - not so much. Install was easy and the device was recognized and installed without a problem, but after a few hours the ethernet connection would just drop. Tried building latest Realtek drivers, but did not help. Might be OK for Windows or Mac, or an older version of Linux (even though RHEL 7.4 has a 3.10 level kernel that's been around a while), but there might be problems on Linux.
