  I bought this bag for my Mom for her Birthday. Unfortunately my mom died before I received the bag. I asked if I could send the package back unopened because I couldn’t bear to keep it. The seller took several days to respond & told me No. I opened the package, cuz I figured I would need to resell the bag to get any money back. The bag was missing the Retail Tag. Now to avoid me using eBay money back guarantee the seller wants to charge me $ for a return label. Seems like acold & greedy person.
