A great fan upgrade.
This fan is not quite when running at 50% to 100% power, That's natural for fan of this class. I bought two of these and used these to replace two ordinary cooler master fans in my pc, and now my pc runs cooler. Before I have installed these fans, my board's idle temps are at 38 degrees Celsius, PCH at 42, and now after I installed these fans, my board's idle temps are 30, and PCH at 36. And my CPU's temps before I installed these fans are 35 degrees Celsius idle, 60-70 degrees Celsius active(when rendering 3D). And after I have installed these fans, my CPU temps are 30-33 degrees Celsius idle, 40-55 degrees Celsius active. My CPU is cooled with cooler master seidon water cooling, but it became more efficient after I have installed these fans in my PC case, because before I installed these fans, I believe my PC case is choking because the old inlet fans are too slow and the fan on the water cooler radiator consumes more air than the old inlet fans can give. These fans solved the problem. So my pros and cons are:
Pros: Price to performance ratio is great. The CFM is good. The price is good, and it has LED lighting that adds up to the looks of your PC build. And we can add Cooler Master's reputation as a great PC cooling fan manufacturer as assurance that these fans will last long.
Cons: It's not really quite. It's only quite at low speeds, and when your CPU temps fluctuates fast, these fans changes speeds quickly too, creating a noise like server fan does. So make sure you have fan controllers, some motherboards has fan speed switching delay control so these fans will be less noisy. On my pc, my asus z170 can handle this fan nicely, I set it to 12sec-12sec speed up/speed down configuration. It's quite now :)
Overall, I am satisfied with these fans.

Cheap and Very Useful. And I think it's durable.
I have used it yesterday and works as expected. Very easy to use. This is my first time to have this kind of tool, I'm glad that I purchased one. stripping wires of lighting fixtures in ceiling becomes very easy because of this tool. You can even strip wires with a single hand. The build quality of this tool is very good. But you just need to be careful when using the strip length guide because it is made of plastic. But all in all I'm satisfied with my purchase of this tool.
