A lovely book to add to my stitchy library
Quick dispatch thank you. Lovely book in excellent condition. This book has 18 projects included within its colourful pages. I already embroider and use differing forms of needlecraft. I wanted to learn more about needlepoint,types of canvas,threads,stitches etc. Being an older book this is more traditional in style which is what I wanted. There are suggestions for colours of threads for the projects. I don't feel it would be the best book for a beginner but already being a stitcher I was very comfortable with the content and where to source supplies along with some of the stitches.

Lovely cotton gloves
Speedy dispatch thank you. I wanted to use these for a time before reviewing. I use cotton gloves overnight when I have smothered my hands in handcream. This make is a thinner material than I have used in the past but no less effective. They stay on all night ,no searching for them in the morning amongst the bed clothes. They have been washed many times and have come up perfectly. Being a little finer page turning of my book has been fine. My glove size is a 7 .

A lovely book
Speedy dispatch thank you. This book is in excellent condition with an excellent price point and exactly what I wanted as I am embroidering fabric to cover a box. It is an old traditional craft and I wanted some pointers which I knew would only come from an older publication. I would say some experience in crafting would be beneficial to interpret some of the materials/ techniques required but an enthusiastic beginner with a bit of researching and patience would be fine tackling a project.
