  Not positive, Not great. But eBay won’t let you leave a review without selecting it. Complained about product 3 weeks after getting it and then wanting a return when it clearly states I don’t do returns

  I was on vacation and could not have checked the item earlier, since it was delivered to a PO BOX. The seller was offered either a partial or full refund. He chose partial refund. The reason I complained was that signed jersey did not come with COA (despite being described as having one) and the autograph was HEAVILY faded, which was not visible in the pictures. This seller is fair, I have no problem with him, but he is blaming me unjustly for his own mistakes.
