Great car, but partial inaccuracy.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This car is good if you are looking for multiple road numbers. There are a few older sleeper car road numbers still available brand new on Ebay from time to time. The only thing is prior to Kato's most recent releases of the Superliner in 2021, all these cars before 2021 come with the silver trucks, and are prototypically inaccurate unless you choose to repaint them manually. Kato sells replacement trucks that are molded black plastic, so there will be more detail retained on those versus self painting these, but those sell for $14 PER truck. Otherwise, great car !

I believe right now they only have #33024, and you can find #33019 on EBay from time to time still brand new. Great for Kato HO Superliner cars !
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich If you are considering between the 7-504 and the 7-505 kits for your HO Superliner cars, the 7-505 is definitely a better match to the prototype if you are trying to achieve a 'warm white' appearance. I don't believe the 7-505's are stocked in the U.S., and Kato USA usually tells folks to use the 7-504, but after comparing both, the 7-504 is definitely a cool white color and does not match the prototype, even with the orange color filter they include, it still doesn't turn the color warm enough. The 7-505 works a lot better in terms of color, and still puts out the same brightness as the 7-504 kit, but replicates the prototype far better.
