POOR SERVICE

I did not receive my shipment.. The shipment is 10 days LATE, stuck in San Bernardino Ca.. The company has no phone number, so I can't contact them.
They have a phone number listed on their web site but it will not accept in coming
calls. That tells me they refuse to talk about my problems, they only want my money. On 4-9-2017 I sent them a email about the package stuck or lost in San Bernardino. I've heard nothing from anyone.
