Very Effective Ear Plugs.
I can only sleep well with absolute quiet. I've tried other ear plugs and these have been the most effective. They are comfortable too. All you need to do is bend and shape the plugs so they fit snugly in your ears.

I have a rechargeable zippo hand warmer ...
I have a rechargeable zippo hand warmer too and bought this as an alternative. It is easy to fill and the heat does last several hours. One thing to bear in mind is that, unlike with the rechargeable product, you can't switch it off. It is very effective though.

Wast of Money
I have bought a number of these protectors and these were the worst by far. I should have been more careful with the purchase because the tempered glass ones are miles better. These by comparison were flimsy and however hard you tried you were left with bubbles all over the screen.
