Very well built and OK for the price. ABSOLUTELY NO way that this is anywhere close to 3500LM. Saying it's 350LM would be a stretch.

Yep. It works.

Hey it cost me all of $5.85 with free shipping. So... The picture resolution is actually decent for the price. However, with the zoom set all the way to zero (the default)... I still had to mount it three+ feet away from me and my face and neck still take up most of the screen. Be advised that to make the digital zoom work, you have to use 3rd party software (most is free). I found the lights to be fairly useless for me because I wear glasses and the glare is almost painful. And they reflect off my glasses and light them up. For others this might come in handy though. It's important to mention that the lights have a dimmer built into the usb cord. Nice. Less than six bucks and I've got a web cam with sound for video conferencing? Hell yeah. What's not to like for that amount of money. I'm happy.
