Not what I expected
6 von 7 finden das hilfreich I purchased a CHI straightener similar to this one over 7 yrs ago and it works better than this one brand new. It has no temperature control. The directions in the box are very vague and say CHI no where on the instructions. I believe this is not an authentic product and do not recommend to anybody.
