The level of intensity of his feedback comments are totally unjustified. The item he bought was in pristine/New condition as described but he is complaining about a box that HE RIPPED open upon receipt.

best value phone back plate/cover
This item is exactly the same as the scratched one i replaced it with. Fitted in seconds and restored my phone to new glory. I always look after my phone so the scratched original backing needed an identical new item to bring it back to condition.
