disappointed

unfortunately it was described as 'open box'....but... i did not realize that it would mean not completely functional ! when you insert the bottle and press it inward, you should be able to let go of the bottle, then press down to activate the fizzy....well, the bottle falls down when it should in fact be engaged and set in place. it also leaks out alot of water if you choose the 3 lights to come on (highest fizzy) so we have to settle with just 2 lights...otherwise it is a constant clean up
