Shipping was fast and the Chromebook arrived in working order. There are some minor issues with it, such as blown speakers and damaged speaker grills, but other than that, exactly as described. Ended up flashing to a new BIOS and installing ChromeOS Flex. Unfortunately no audio from the speaker or headphone jack, but still can use Bluetooth audio. All other features such as tablet mode and screen rotation still work. All in all pretty satisfied with my purchase and will be great for taking notes
