Perfect fit
Replaced my broken and discolored vent and worn out filter. Perfect fit. Camera store parts dept wanted $50 for it, so this one was half the price Good deal, good quality.

No more batteries.
I’ve had the original Magic devices with batteries. Both of my units started wearing out where the battery contacts are and would lose connection. They finally became useless, so I got the new version on eBay at 1/2 the price of new from Apple. The work the same except now I just charge them up for an hour and the go for month. The originals I had since 2013, and I know being rechargeable that these will need replaced in about 5 years not 9.

Works great. Igniter is a problem
This is a very well built piece of equipment. Sturdy made of metal/rubber. I was hoping to use if for a long time. The problem I had was the igniter stops working after about a dozen uses. I took it apart and cleaned it. It worked for 2 to 3 more time and stops. I did this for a bunch more times and got tired of cleaning it, so I just ignite it manually with a lighter to get it going. Once I light it, if I re-light it within a minute or two, it relights with the built in igniter. After that I have to open it and clean it (which takes 10 mins or more) or use a manual flame source.
