Requires neutral and hot wires to operate.
0 von 1 finden das hilfreich This timer switch works as designed but buyers should be careful to make sure the switch you plan to replace has both neutral and hot wires as well as the wires going to the device. Many switches have only two wires and this switch will not work with them.

Don't buy a used one unless it has been de-acitvated from the pevious owner
12 von 12 finden das hilfreich The device will be useless unless it has been DE-registered from the previous owners mytotalconnectcomfort dot com account, and there is no provision to do that unless you know who previously owned it.
This advice applies to people with this already installed in their house. When you sell your house, the new owners will not be able to get access to the device until you de-register the devices from your own account.
Stay away from this product until honeywell figures out how to de-register it for the new owners based on the physical possession of the product.

Plug and play on windows 10 machine
Works perfectly on windows 10 machine. Make sure you have an available molex power connection inside that will reach to the card, or you may need to buy a power splitter too.
