Better than expected!
This liner is heavy duty, has pockets on the sides for small items and cutouts for seat belts if one would want to use it in the back seat. Large Velcro tabs help hold it in place. The bumper cover is detachable.

Surprise!
Thought this little brace looked like flimsy junk until I put it on but I got a pleasant surprise. It generates a hot/cold effect that really helps with pain management. Have used it on my knee & shoulder as well as my neck. Doesn't provide much support but certainly scrambles pain signals.

Seeing through the fog
Having suffered with undiagnosed Hashimoto's for some 40 years the info in this book is a gold mine for me. Maybe I should say "a fountain of youth". Addresses all the issues in a concise & understandable manner.
