The parings are great. There are some great tips for making crusty bread that are very detailed and creative. You can not go wrong using this cookbook.

keeps you interest on every page

This is a can't put down novel. It is very exciting and keeps you on the edge of your seat in each page. Well worth the time to read. This is part of a 4 book series so one should start on book 1. This is number 3 or 4 of tht series. I do not have it handy to tell you which it is.
