Super item
This is an easy to use item which is super to wear. It is comforting and great for neck and shoulder aches and pains. It automatically turns off after 90 minutes. One caution is that on the highest setting it gets very hot which may be a problem with the elderly or disabled. I love this item and heartily recommend it.

Great product
A really good clear large scale OS map

Already broken
Initially worked well although lots of preprogrammed messages that couldn't be removed. Couldn't turn off unless you pulled plug out. Cable then came away from unit without any stress or pull. Very disappointed.
