Refurbished Nook

Took a long, long time to get my Nook, but ended up being upgraded by Barnes & Noble to a 3G because they had run out of the one we ordereded. We purposedly ordered refurbished, but we have always had good luck with refurbished-and-distributed-by-manufacturer items. After a very good experience taking it on a trip, the unit started to fail in a few ways. I hung on the phone for some time with Barnes and Noble Tech support and finally gave up. I tried trouble-shooting on line and found the tutorials moved too quickly for me, and I didn't think it was the user who was the problem, anyway. After good performance of less than two weeks, I can not choose font size any longer, two purchases (one free) bought on line at B & N are not showing up in my library, can not connect to my wifi hot-spot (granted I can't "remember" my password, but don't remember setting a password in the first place and can't get tech support to help me retrieve it), can't move freely through the selections in a collection (for e.g., I am stuck on the same page in my Edgar Allen Poe library and can't move around in it, same with other selections). I don't know what to do other than send it back with a letter explaining the problem, but I will try on line customer service again one more time. I'm not the most technically adept person, BUT, it was performing well for me initially, so it can't all be me! I'm sure B & N will make it good.

Gives a great shave

Been using Norelco shavers for years and always liked them and this is no exception. Tried other shavers and always come back to Norelco.
