Good rebuild kit
All parts fit well and restored the carb to working condition.

Once you get a good one, use the copper shim and you will be good.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The first motherboard was defective with a common issue this series of M/B's possess. However after receiving the second one my problem was resolved. This initial issue with the laptop was, it would immediately power off 2 seconds after pressing the power button. The issue with these motherboards is that the video chip overheats and damages the solder connection between the motherboard and the video chip. The first replacement board I received exhibited a somewhat different condition, in that it would cycle on and them off every 2 seconds until you removed all power, battery and power brick. I did receive and upgraded motherboard kit in that it had a copper shim that is installed with heat sink compound between the video chip and the main laptop heat sink. This is supposed to help carry the heat away from the video chip more efficiently, reducing the possibility of the heat related failure. Time will tell.

Greatly reduce vibration noise
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich After replacing the carpeting in our family room, I noticed the garage door opener was allot louder. The opener is located directly under the family room. I found these vibration dampeners and decided to try them . They reduce the noise significantly.
