GREAT MODEM, free yourself from monthly rental fees
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This is a great modem if you have a single desktop computer, or your own WiFi Router.
Because this is a DOCSIS 3.0 modem, you get the most speed currently available. It has eight bonded downstream channels and four bonded upstream channels, meaning it has a lot of bandwith and can get 1 gig connection assuming your provider offers it.
As with all modems, before buying make sure you check with your cable company about compatibility. But once you double, no triple check that this modem is compatible, then buy it and free yourself from that SEVERELY overpriced "Rental" Fee that should be free anyways...

Great Sleeves
The double matte finish is a very nice touch. I have seen many reviews saying these are like dragon sleeves. They are more like the old style of ultrapros.
They shuffle very well.

Great RGB Overclockable Ram
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich This review is for the Grey/Silver CL14 version of the XPG SPECTRIX D60 RGB Desktop Memory 16GB (2x8GB) 3600MHz DDR4 Ram Sticks. These sticks use the easily overclockable Samsung b-die chips and have an xmp-profile for CL14-15-15-35 3600 and CL16 18-19-19-36 3200. That second XMP seems a little off, but I doubt that matters as CL 14 3600 is really good. These profiles are just a guaranteed performance if your mobo and cpu can handle it. I have only done a minor modification to the ram sticks by tightening the timing to CL14-14-14-34. I am sure I could go further, but just haven't tried yet.
Lets talk about looks. I thought the faceted faces were a little odd, and really only bought these for the CL14 3600 while they were on sale. However, the odd angles have grown on me and actually look nice from the top. They add an extra dimension to an otherwise flat piece. The RGB is also easily recognized by both RGB Fusion and AURA Sync. The light sources are noticeable even with the frosted plastic when set to maximum brightness. Reducing the brightness to about 80% reduces the glare while still maintaining a nice glow.
