  Seller sent item to click and collect location as without choosing click and collect so they refused it. Then after new address established seller sends package for it to not turn up and is now ignoring My messages. Money wasted on this seller.After posting this feedback the seller has replied to my messages and is still denying he made a mistake and currently asking me to pay for extra postage after he messed up the first delivery. He is currently holding my package hostage without refund.

  Your feedback is simply incorrect, item was not rejected. It was returned to sender as you had not collected after 10 days. You confirmed your shipping address, then suggested a new address once it had been returned. EBay advised me the buyer pays for additional postage as this was not my fault. If this was the case, eBay would withhold the funds until this was resolved. I repeat, I did note resend the item and I didn’t reply to messages as I was on holiday as you would have seen on my account.
