Track rod end.
It looks good. I haven't actually used it as I only bought it because the nut off my existing one had stripped but as this one didn't arrive on time I was forced to get the original nut retapped so I used it to rebuild my car and get it back on the road so I could go to work....

I'll fitting product.
I bought this product because I'd previously bought the same item for another Scenic but this one was a different colour than the rest of the dash - mine being black and the product was grey. Also this one wouldn't actually stay put in the dash so i've been forced to leave it off and make do without it....
