Quick, Easy, One per Day
The recipes are easy to prepare, and are ideal for busy people who have little time to spend in the kitchen. Each recipe is colourfully illustrated. The font size is easy on the eyes, too. I would recommend this book highly.

Inspiration for Slimmers
Jenny Craig's Little Survival Guide is a collection of inspirational quotes, tips, and ideas for the often-difficult weight loss journey. You don't have to be a Jenny Craig client to appreciate the contents of this wonderful and inexpensive little book. The suggestions are positive, concise, and easy for anyone to understand. The page layout has great visual appeal. I would recommend this book with no hesitation whatsoever. :-)
