cheapie, but goodie
simple but versatile for a cheapie fuzz thingy!

Cheap and functional
It is a cheap alternative to running your pedalboard through a PA system, when forced to do so without an amp. The other more expensive ones have more options, but this will get you by. Would I prefer the more expensive ones over this? Why YES I would! But I am on a tight budget, and the show was once every two or three months and was a non paying thing. The cab emulator does help it over the sterile non cab emulator types. And my big board I had to use this on doesn't sound right straight into a DI w/o a cab emulator. Does it sound as good as my JCM900 into a 2x12 with 70W Celestians? ummmmmmm, no, it doesn't. But I was told by the soundman no amps onstage. And I'm a nice guy....

Good enough for stage, but not rugged enough for rough treatment.
this is my 2nd one...I use one for church direct in to the board, and the 2nd new one for playing in a bible study at a diff location (through a Blues Jr). Very happy with them both! They are NOT designed for stomping on them with heavy feet though. Use a light touch with your foot and they can last a long time. First one has worked great for 3 years.
