Arrived on time. Very good quality. Easy to put on and pet looks really comfortable with it on..

wish i had not bothered
only good points was the material which seemed to be good. guide ropes were rubbish, we put this up when we went away in September, could not get it taut no matter what we did, then when the heavens opened up we had to stand outside the caravan with some wooden poles that we took out of a spare wind breaker and had to keep pushing the roof up just to get the water of, after the rain stopped my husband had the good idea of taping 2 poles together to make extra props, also we put extra guide ropes on and the next day we tried again leaning the poles at an angle as suggested by the seller but made no difference it still sagged.
