Powerful Bible study for individual or group use
This book is a Bible study about spiritual warfare, based in Ephesians chapter 6 but using many Scripture references throughout the entire Bible. The book uses Kay Arthur's precepts methods to coach the reader on how to study the Bible while digging into this particular topic. The study is designed to be completed in 11 weeks, with one reading assignment per day, 7 days a week. This helps the reader to develop a consistent daily time of Bible study and prayer.
Most of the Scripture readings that are assigned are printed right in the book, including the whole of Paul's letter to the Ephesians, which is referred to repeatedly.
The study has helped me personally to deepen my relationship with the Lord and overcome some spiritual issues that have been keeping me from living as fully as the Lord Jesus Christ intends for me to live.
I purchased a number of these books through eBay and Half.com to use for a small group Bible study. The book has questions for the reader during each week's lessons. It also has a section of questions for the small group leader's use in the back of the book.
I highly recommend this book for the reader who wants to grow in their walk with God.

Sense & Sensibility - the ultimate escape from reality
Immersing yourself in this book is like taking an indulgent vacation from harsh reality. Jane Austen transports the reader to her time and place in England. This is the story of 2 sisters, their devotion to each other, and the different ways that they experience the joys and disappointments of love. There is gentle humor and the richness of coming to know the characters with all their strengths and weaknesses. It is worth reading over and over. And if you like this one, you'll love "Pride and Prejudice".
