Get The Full Gym Workout Experience In Your Home
I recently purchased this product as a gift for my mother who already owns the original Wii Fit and Wii Fit balance board. I had always been skeptical of using a video game to work out and exercise but surprisingly I decided to try it out a few weeks ago and have been using it every day since then. The original Wii Fit is great but with the Wii Fit Plus it adds some extras exercise games and better customization for each person's work out whether you prefer yoga or strength training, it has it all to fit every type of person and every type of exercise. I have tried a few other exercise video games on the Wii but none of them compare to Wii Fit Plus. This is truly the best exercise game for all ages, male or female, and all fitness levels. My entire family (from parents in their 60s to my nieces and nephews starting at age 8) uses the Wii Fit Plus on a regular basis and has fun doing it. I never thought I could get the same workout in my living room as I could in a gym but I was wrong. The Wii Fit Plus is perfect because I hated going to the gym, working out in front of other people and paying membership fees, with the Wii Fit Plus, I can do everything a gym has, right in my living room!
