Functions well. Arrived promptly. Slightly damaged lid; not a great overclocker.
0 von 2 finden das hilfreich The chip arrived promptly in oversealed packaging. The CPU lid is scuffed in the upper right quadrant, probably from an overtightened heatsink. Aside from the slight damage, the lid was rather clean of defects and remaining thermal compound. Installation was easy on a Z97 board. I was not able to achieve a stable overclock past 4.0 gHz on this chip, (which is dissapointing) however this could very well be do to my own limited experience. Otherwise the chip runs fine at stock and OCd to 4.0 gHz.
