Whack'em and Sack'em, cities, that is. good read
I enjoyed Robert O'Connell's previous work, re-reading Arms and Men several times. this is a simpler work, better prose and nice drawings which were an improvement on the usual textbook illustrations. i paid $8 for it and definitely got my money's worth. a pleasant relief from the poorly written book club selections

Bulwer-Lytton Champ? wonderful over-writing
His lingual appendage is firmly tucked in the buccal cavity or wherever. i can only read a little at the time, too rich. if you're a fan of the overwrought, this is for you.
