So far, the new bulb is working great. A few things to keep in mind is that this bulb is fan cooled through vents just behind the bulb at the back of the tv. Before installing, clean the refractor lens (look in the hole with a flashlight. It's the glass square way inside). Also clean the fan on the right, the vents behind the fan (back of tv), and clean the whole area where the bulb goes. This dust affects the air flow, thus affecting the bulb life. If your original bulb "popped into broken glass", it likely overheated.

Northern 24 volt heater

Installed under the seat of my 1968 deuce and a half as an auxiliary heater. So far, it works very well. Blower really moves a lot of air and the 3 speed switch included in the kit made wiring a snap. As a 24 volt unit, installation in a military truck was easy. Construction seems fairly sturdy for the size. I'm anticipating years of reliable service :)

M35 door hinges

If your truck has West coast style mirror brackets, the pins will need to be tapped out and replaced with the mirror bracket bolts which can be purchased separately or salvaged from your old hinges. Good sturdy hinges.
