Poor
You get what you pay for.. Don't cheap out on something like this - just isn't up to the job & started bending shortly after purchase - pretty much flattened (though, all credit, not yet falling apart) after less than a year - should have chucked it away already & got something proper

Great depth as you'd expect from Doug Self!
Doug Self books are superb - incredible depth & experience, coupled with wry observations. The 3rd edition is well worth finding as each article has a recently written 'view from today' introduction - given that some of the articles date back to the 70s, it is fascinating hear how he'd approach the same problem today (40 years experience shows!). Only slight pause is the price - not 'cheap' [there's a wide variation in prices around though] but well worth it. [also recommend his Small Signal Audio book very much]
