Simply stunning.
I have only recently found an interest in opera so I was a bit tentative in purchasing this CD. However I was familiar with a few of the arias and having not already made them a part of my collection I decided to take the plunge and how for the best.......and that is exactly what I got.
This CD is absolutely sensational and I personally only dislike maybe two out of the forty arias. My personal favourites "O mio babbino caro" and "Dôme épais le jasmin" must be close to being worn out as I am forever listening to them! I think it may be called enchantment!
I personally feel that if you are seeking to step carefully into the world of opera or even seeking a wonderful collection of arias then this compilation CD is perfect.

The late, great Ronnie James Dio rocks on.
I personally had the albums in this box set on vinyl and cassette, something that a lot of today's youth have no idea about. Most will also have no idea about the history and music of Dio what had been an amazing career. This box set is truly a head bangers delight for any fan of Dio with a selection of fantastic discs from this metal icon. The only downside is a lack of booklet of information regarding the albums and liner notes. But overall it's a fantastic buy for lovers of the medieval metal master.

Early Buffett is great Buffett
Listening to Jimmy Buffett albums from the 70's is like listening to waves lapping at the shore, under a warm golden sun with a cheeky little cocktail in hand...... Someone has to do it, so it's better off being you.
Buffett has a natural charm and pleasing tone no matter what he plays. He has humour, sensibility, nostalgia, fondness and regrets all rolled up into a tight little package. For me, "Come Monday" is the greatest track on the album, but I've loved that song since I heard it as a kid on a lazy, hot Sunday afternoon. There is not a bad song on the whole album.
If this album doesn't have you singing along and thinking about taking a vacation then there is seriously something wrong with your brains wiring.... Really.
