Decent highlighters!
The only thing fluorescent about these highlighters is the plastic. The colours themselves are actually quite muted and nearly pastel but that's not a criticism as i like it! But if you're looking something bright these won't be good for you

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich While the packaging is 2000 and not too practical, the gloss is beautiful and not too sticky at all. I put it on top of a £2 lipstick (which usually lasts a short amount of time) and the gloss made it last much longer!
