Keeps the lights on...

Only used one bulb so far but it fit where it had to fit and it lit so...so far so good. They seem well made. I have not used or tested the other nine which is why I'm hedging on the number of stars allotted.

A fine OO gauge model locomotive

It's a classic OO gauge 0-6-0 model locomotive made by a reliable company, Hornby. The engine is nicely detailed and runs very well. It did have some damage from possibly being dropped but that was all repairable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one just like it if I needed it for my layout. I am very glad to have acquired it.

Perfect for my modeling purposes

I find these bulbs to be well made and perfect for my HO modeling purposes. I use them to light the inside of model trolley cars as well as headlights and the interiors of buildings. For the buildings, I keep the voltage below the maximum rated with the result that I cannot recall one ever blowing out on me. Model railroaders know track voltage can reach 18V but even though the bulbs are rated at 16V, I have never had a problem because the track power supply almost never reaches the maximum and when it does, the bulbs are able to withstand it for short periods.
