Marvel Legends Spider-man (Hobgoblin BAF, VHTF!)

Pizza Spidey

Widely considered the modern standard for Spiderman figures, it has great articulation and colors, and comes with the right variety of accessories for its retail price. Mine came with a warped left arm, but it has been (mostly) fixed with some hot water treatment. I really like his height compared to the latest incarnation in the Space Venom BAF series; I can stand him next to Miles, and he looks like the adult (I understand that they were going for a younger Peter there, but I'm not into it). If you can find this one for a reasonable price (I paid ~$35) definitely get it. If not, wait for the next wave, and you'll find a good re-paint.
