Hamilton Navy Sub
Wanted this watch for a while, but not commonly available. Very sporty, slightly different chrono movement Valjous 7753 making the minute sub counter at 3. Very nice sports watch, like the colour. Only one down side, the strap could be half an inch longer. I have an 8and a quarter inch wrist and the end of strap only just gets in the first keeper.

Unusual Chronograph movement
I was interested in the unusual chronograph movement. Although a little difficult to set in the first place, once I had it's good and indeed unique. Easy wear. Pleased.

MSM
Use every day for knee arthritis, this with some other non drug treatments seem to have made pain decline to achy from agony. This makes a big difference in daily life.
