The item was exactly as described. The seller went above and beyond with packaging and even included an additional router just to make sure the item worked perfectly and was easier to setup. Great engineering!
I have never been a wireless tech, always want a hardwire. This was a jump into something that I was'nt sure about but was rated very well in the industry. I have no regrets, the sound is really crisp, clear and consise. I am hearing musical tones I have not heard previously on a wired headset. The phone works perfectly, the folks I am talking to think I have a phone to my ear! And now the noise cacneling - It is 2x better than the most popular brand by far. Also, I recently traveled and used on an aircraft all day and no dead battery! Awesome product.
