  when sell something as NEW it should be NEW not USED. here is the response from seller "I used them one time indoors and never used them again , they are brand new ! The cord was in a drawer! I gave you a great price so I don’t understand why there’s a problem" the problem is is gave these to my daughter telling her they were new. they were dirty and the charger had scratches all over.
