Simple Design, and a great tool.
It out-performed the OEM rental tool hands down. Removed 6 broken and seized spark plugs with the Lisle tool in 2 1/2 hours. I tried for 6 hours with the OEM tool and didn’t get the first plug out! The OEM tool uses pull pins and locktite to try and pull the remaining porcelain tip out of the electrode sleeve so that you can then tap the electrode sleeve, and then use their extractor tool to pull the steel sleeve out. The locktite isn’t strong enough to hold the pull pin. The Lisle tool pushes the porcelain tip out of the way so that the Lisle ez out can grasp the remaining steel sleeve and pull it out! Much simpler, and more effective. Graet tool!
