  Seller appears to be lying that he was the original purchaser, as despite many promises, he has not sent a copy of the receipt so I cannot arrange to reregister the tools to my account...two months now after the sale.

  What an absolute bellend. Bent over backwards trying to sort out with milwaukee after being called a thief I couldn't be bothered anymore. I'm the original purchaser and the receipt was added to my account when I registered the tools. I was trying to get milwaukee to sort this out but it was a laborious process. Now I have to ring them to confirm the change of owner. Why should I waste anymore of my precious time.
