Small but very informative.
Very good book, although small. Each muscle group in the book is color coded and each exercise is taught to you step by step. There's also a section on stretching and good tips on how to start your own workout plan and good breathing and posture. All in all a good book, I would definitely recommend it.

Small, but does what it's supposed to.
Very good product, I had difficulty with it at first, but then I had no problems. I will probably mostly stick to putting pdf files or games on this SD Card. It's amazing how a such a small card can fit so much.

Great item with no problems.
This is a great booklet, there are no missing or torn pages, and it is just like the one a friend gave to me when I was little. Furthermore, it is an original and not a copy printed from a computer.
