Good value, quality.
Just plain works. Windows 10 will install drivers when the cable is plugged in. No need to use the supplied driver disk. No issues using Chirp to upload/download images.

Quality capacitor, measured well within specified tolerance. Pricey but this time you get what you pay for.

Just what I was looking for.
This bulb is available as both a non-ozone producing bulb and an ozone producing bulb. I wasn't sure I would get the ozone producer, but the one that was delivered is what I wanted. It does produce ozone, meaning it produces both 254nm and 110nm UV-C.
Note: This bulb requires a current limiting device; a resistor, a capacitor or an inductive ballast to limit the current to 300 mA. A new bulb may take some time to get produce full UV-C output but startup will be faster after that.
