Handlebar extender
This product can heighten the handlebars by a lot, especially compared to the simple tube grip and spacers that raise it by 3" max.I have mine raised 8" and could raise it more if needed. The stem comes with an aluminium insert that allows it to be used as a 25mm stem, and works very well. The lock nut fixing the stem in the steering tube is sturdy and allows no wobble nor slip. The angle of the top bracket is easily adjusted by an allen key bolt UNDER the bracket. (I tried to loosen it by loosening the hinge bolt that was impossibly tight, and gave up after a frustrated hour, only to find the really easy bolt under the head was all that needed loosening ). You may need to replace cables with longer ones as the handlebars are higher (but mine were ok as they were). The handlebar grip clamp has 2 bolt, so avoids having to take off everything to thread the bar through a ring clamp (like my old stem had).
Once fitted, I have a much more upright cycling position which takes the strain from my back.

Premium quality with all the fittings
Really low price but premium quality mud guard.I especially like the safety pop off brackets for the stainless steel mudguard stays. The product has good quality hex bolts with it ready to fit, and even has rubber ends to cover the mud guard stays once they have been trimmed to size.
