Wrong power cord
The wrong charger cord was sent with the camera. If I didn't own another similar camera this one would not have worked for me. I was a disappointment only in this matter, but that is huge if a customer did not have another power cord.

Wanted tape not string
We wanted the product pictured so ordered 6. 4 of six weren't the same product. Close but not the same. The 4 aren't useful as they're string not tape.
