This is the true and authentic replacement for my 1972 VW Beetle. I'm happy with it.

1x Kastar Battery and 1x Normal Charger for Canon BP-511, BP-511A

Acceptably good charger and battery.

The charger and battery both function. Once charged, the battery had good battery life in the camera. My only complaint is that the charger plug prongs are too small or too thin such that it falls out if you try to plug it into a wall socket. I had to plug it into an extension cord and lie it on the floor instead.

After receiving these, I charged them all up and they all worked great in the camera (sx40 hs).
