  Boxes ordered on 6th August but weren't dispatched till 18th and arrived on 19th right at the end of the estimated delivery window. No communication from the seller whatsoever regarding why dispatch was delayed for so long. This business could do a lot more to improve its dispatch and communication processes.That said items were exactly as described and were perfect for what I wanted them for so top marks in that regards

  When the Puig screen arrived the box was sealed And unopened, however critical parts were missing, this was through no fault of the seller as the box was sealed by Puig. Sellers sorted this out with Puig and now all parts have arrived. Very happy, great communication and well packed. As described. Many thanks

  Vendor shipped FZ1EXUP cables quickly. Parts were new as advertised. Arrived within a week from Great Britts (Love you guys!) to Chicago customs where it sat 3 weeks getting cleared then two days by USPS to Kansas. Get it together Customs! Vendor replied same day when unusual delay occured. Give these guys 5 stars for honesty and fast turn around!
