2 von 2 finden das hilfreich Without doubt having purchased 2 DVD from 3lc I don't believe I could have achieved 6hrs in the etape Penninies ( Rob Hayles described it as brutal ) with limited time available going on a turbo trainer was crucial and the workouts are as good as you will get, Boredom never set in once and I must have done 30 sessions with Cav Sprint and PK climbing . The banter alone between the Manx cyclists keeps you smiling through 1hr of very hard work. I will be adding additional 3lc DVD this winter just for the sheer enjoyment of cycling through the winter...
